- Conduct regular visits to merchants in the open market to pitch our Flipkart and educate them on its features and benefits.
- Guide merchants through the onboarding process, assisting them with account setup and profile creation.
- Help merchants upload and manage their product on the flipkart, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Present advertising opportunities to merchants, highlighting the value of promoting their products or services through Flipkart
- Proactively engage with merchants to renew their subscriptions and maintain long-term relationships, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Utilise your own vehicle for daily travel to visit merchants and navigate the assigned sales territory efficiently.
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients, share relevant content, and build relationships.
- Onboarding merchants
- Cross-sell other relevant products to the merchants, as per company’s requirement.
