Job Objectives
- Sourcing candidates through online platforms and updating job advertisements.
- Closing open recruitment indents within set timelines, specifically for the telecom sector.
- Scheduling interviews and ensuring proper follow-up with candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates using various social media platforms and job portals, such as Naukri.
- Managing recruitment for all levels across the organization within the telecom industry.
- Head hunting and sourcing for specialized telecom positions.
- Demonstrating proficiency in the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Cold calling potential candidates on a daily basis to assess fit for roles.
- Applying a deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and telecom industry requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to manage recruitment projects.
- High attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to recruitment timelines and delivering on targets efficiently.
- English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- MBA in HR, BBA in HR, or any equivalent degree.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably within the telecom sector.
- Hubli, Karnataka.
