Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Sales Manager - Business Loan, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the Ranchi, Jharkhand, India area. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in business loans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business loan targets
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the Ranchi, Jharkhand area
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursements
• Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Stay updated with industry developments and regulations related to business loans
