Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Understand client requirements and recommend property options that align with their goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Plan and manage property site visits to provide clients with a clear and engaging on-ground experience.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized client database by recording interactions, needs, and follow-up activities.
  • Consistently engaging and nurturing leads to converting them into qualified prospects and supporting the sales pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to assist in deal closures and contribute to achieving overall targets.
  • Develop strong knowledge of all projects, pricing, and features and provide prompt, high-quality service to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
