Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back-End Developer based in Navi Mumbai.

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end systems — ensuring performance, security, and reliability across our platform. Your day-to-day will include building APIs, optimizing database performance, implementing data protection measures, and collaborating closely with the front-end and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

You’ll be at the heart of building tech that powers real-world impact in India’s EV financing ecosystem.

Qualification

• Strong Back-End Web Development and Software Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience with Node.js / Python / Go / Java (any modern backend stack)
• Good understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API design
• Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure and CI/CD workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Bonus: Prior experience in fintech, finance, lending etc.
