Key Responsibilities -

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar EPC market. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. Understand and articulate the technical benefits and features of our solar EPC solutions to clients.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver detailed and accurate proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines. Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and address any concerns. Provide technical and commercial advice to help clients make informed decisions.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery. Facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize contracts and secure project agreements. Ensure that all contractual obligations are clearly defined and met.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, pipeline status, and sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications -

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

- Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles within the solar energy or EPC sector.

- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, EPC processes, and energy solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling proposals and presentations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
