Key Highlights of Azuro  3000 cities  1500+properties under management  4 cities presence  75+ projects  20+developers  Annual rent processed $6.5Mn Role we looking in for Position: Associate Investment Manager Level – T0 Experience – Minimum 0-3 years of experience Age Criteria – Max 21 – 26 years Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate About the role: Looking for Associate Investment Manager with an outgoing personalities with customer courteous behavior and skill set to convince customers to fulfill the company targets. Job responsibilities:  End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads  Scheduling and conducting property site visit  Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing  Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards  Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing Compensation:  Fixed: (depending on interview) < Minimum 2.5 LPA – Maximum 4LPA ( bracket open depending on experience)>  Incentives on sales revenue Educational Qualification  A graduate from any discipline is preferred  Fresher with good communication and graduate degree are most welcome
