- Excellent communication skills essential for effective client interaction and building rapport.
- Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure deals and maximise sales opportunities.
- Mastery of sales strategy (Mandatory skill) to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Capability in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
- In-depth product knowledge to confidently promote travel packages and services to potential clients.
- Proficient closing skills to effectively seal deals and achieve sales targets.
- Ability in prospecting to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
- Efficiency in time management to prioritize tasks and efficiently handle multiple client accounts.
- Engage with existing and potential clients to promote GoFlySmart Holidays' travel services.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless execution of travel services.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously update product knowledge.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep informed of the latest developments.
