  • Excellent communication skills essential for effective client interaction and building rapport.
  • Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure deals and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Mastery of sales strategy (Mandatory skill) to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Capability in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
  • In-depth product knowledge to confidently promote travel packages and services to potential clients.
  • Proficient closing skills to effectively seal deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability in prospecting to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
  • Efficiency in time management to prioritize tasks and efficiently handle multiple client accounts.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing and potential clients to promote GoFlySmart Holidays' travel services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless execution of travel services.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously update product knowledge.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep informed of the latest developments.
