About the role:
As an RTO Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing return-to-origin (RTO) shipments for Teabox. You will ensure smooth handling of returned orders, coordinate with logistics partners, maintain accurate records, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track all RTO shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage the return of undelivered or rejected shipments.
- Maintain detailed records of all RTO transactions, including reasons for return and the condition of goods.
- Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure returned items are correctly processed and restocked.
- Identify and analyze trends in RTO rates and suggest improvements to reduce returns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on RTO performance and KPIs.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes and strategies to improve the efficiency of the RTO management system.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Basic knowledge in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
