Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team at BMW Deutsche Motoren. This full-time, mid-level position is based in New Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of BMW vehicles while ensuring a premium customer experience.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to confidently present BMW vehicles and features (Mandatory skill).

  • Expertise in closing deals to ensure successful completion of the sales process and customer satisfaction.

  • Showcase BMW vehicles and offer test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and performance.
  • Understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and handle financial aspects of sales transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and manage follow-up communications to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about BMW products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales techniques.
  • Strive to achieve personal and team sales targets while upholding the company's customer service standards.
