Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate fresher for the role of Sales Business Development. This is a full-time position located in Jaipur. The role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience who are eager to grow in sales and business development.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill) - Ability to negotiate terms effectively to benefit the company while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • English communication (Mandatory skill) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective client interaction.
  • Relationship Building - Skills to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Research - Ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning - Competence in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Lead Generation - Experience in generating leads through various channels to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Forecasting - Skills in predicting sales trends and preparing sales reports to support business planning.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals and achieve targets.
  • Identify potential clients and conduct market research to create a robust client pipeline.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, maximizing value for both parties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
