Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This role supports the recruitment process by managing candidate logistics, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews, manage candidate communication, and handle logistics to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions.
• Application Tracking: Maintain the applicant tracking system with up-to-date information on candidate status and recruitment metrics.
• Pre-screening Support: Assist with initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
• Event Coordination: Help organize recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruitment sessions.
• Document Management: Prepare offer letters and other recruiting documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting and HR teams to ensure efficient hiring processes and positive candidate experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
