Immediate Hiring: RTA - WFM!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical RTA - WFM professional to join our workforce management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real-time adherence monitoring, workforce planning, and operational efficiency to ensure optimal staffing levels and service delivery.
Location: Navi Mumbai, India
Work Mode: Work From Office, Rotational Shift
Role: RTA - WFM
What You'll Do
Monitor real-time adherence and agent performance metrics
Analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights
Create and maintain accurate staffing schedules
Track service level agreements and KPI compliance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize resource allocation
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in workforce management with 1 year as an RTA.
Strong understanding of SLA and its metrics like Shrinkage, Occupancy for an international process
Proficiency in WFM tools like eWFM, Alvariya, NICE, Verint and Advanced Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
