Position Overview

This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Technical Sales Manager in APAC. You will be based onsite in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Delhi, India, and work across both APAC and EMEA time zones during your normal working day. This is an individual contributor role; however, the role will require leading and coordinating virtual teams spanning geographies and technology specializations.

As a Subject Matter Expert for RFPs and strategic responses, you will be required to be a highly proactive professional with stakeholder management skills and a deep technical understanding of our tools and infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Be the project leader for all RFPs received in the APAC and EMEA regions, learning best practices from the global team
  • Technical writing skills for all audiences
  • Coach Autodesk Partners on product demonstration techniques and tools
  • Influence product sales through technical thought leadership during business development activities with major accounts
  • Orchestrate the hand-over of projects from the presales phase to deployment
  • Support partners in their transformation journey to build repeatable solutions and build high-value service capabilities
  • Experience using a CRM software system
  • Manage teams of professionals from diverse business units such as Cloud Security, R&D and product marketing
  • Promote the value proposition in developing presentations and demo-sets for specific strategic responses
  • Understand the prospect's needs and market solutions which align to those needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent discipline from a reputed institute
  • 7+ years of experience in the AEC industry
  • Knowledge of Autodesk solutions for digital project delivery (Autodesk construction cloud)
  • Experience of CDE and BIM industry workflows
  • Prior experience in presales/Technical Sales Specialist/Technical Writing roles would be an added advantage

  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and produce quality deliverables
  • Develop good working relationships with teams at all levels
  • Seek ways to expand technical knowledge
  • Assume responsibility/accountability for delivery of RFPs
  • Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect
