Position : Manual Tester
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and write detailed test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
- Execute test cases and validate the expected vs actual results.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
- Participate in review meetings and contribute to improving testing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in web and mobile application testing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar defect management tools.
- Good understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries for validation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred (Automation Testing)
- Basic knowledge or working experience in Automation Testing tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to write and execute automation test scripts.
- Familiarity with any programming/scripting language used for automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
