As we expand our portfolio and continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

As the Revenue Manager at TheSqua.re, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies that will optimize occupancy and rates across our portfolio of serviced apartments. You will work closely with reservations, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and occupancy growth while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use market research and data analysis to identify trends and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that align with market demands, seasonality, and competitor analysis
  • Analyze and evaluate market demand, booking patterns, and competitive set to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Monitor and manage distribution channels to ensure maximum exposure and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotions and packages to drive demand and increase revenue
  • Manage and maintain accurate rate and inventory controls in all distribution channels and reservation systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party booking platforms and corporate clients
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and improving RevPAR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with revenue management systems and channel management tools
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges

Shift: UK Shift (1 PM to 9:30 PM)
