At JES, we believe successful project delivery begins with the right people in the right place at the right time. As we expand our global BIM operations, we are looking for a Project Resource Allocation Executive to join our dynamic team!

Role Overview:

As a Resource Allocation Executive, you will collaborate with project managers and team leads to ensure effective deployment of resources across Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams. If you’re organized, analytical, and enjoy solving operational puzzles, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage resource planning and allocation across projects

Maintain a real-time view of team availability and deployment

Coordinate with multiple teams to meet project staffing needs

Optimize bench strength and utilization

Requirements:

MBA in Operations / HR / Project Management (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in resource allocation or project coordination

Strong communication and planning skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP or scheduling tool experience is a plus
