Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Following up on leads generated by the company.
Preparing presentations for potential customers.
Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.
Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
Meeting and engaging with customers in the field, identifying and responding to customer needs
Communicating clearly and accurately on technical product information
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and making recommendations as appropriate
Monitoring customer satisfaction and providing customer feedback and data to heads of departments as necessary
Carrying out customer visits on a daily and weekly basis
Collecting and analyzing customer data and providing regular reports to the company
Tracking, monitoring, and maintaining customer accounts, customer records, and customer activities
Working alongside and providing support to distributors and sales representatives
Assisting in training and educating sales representatives and distributors on technical product information
Answering inquiries and troubleshooting queries in the field
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current promotion plans and
