About the Role

Nugen is expanding its research team to build the world's most reliable AI systems. As a Research Scientist, you'll work with AI scientists from Stanford University and IIT Madras to pioneer breakthrough research in Domain-Aligned AI technology for high-stakes industries.


What You'll Do

  • Lead research on AI architectures with quantifiable reliability bounds
  • Translate research breakthroughs into production-ready implementations


What You Bring

  • Passion for solving hard problems with bias for action
  • Research publications in top AI/ML conferences or journals
  • Experience implementing novel deep learning architectures (PyTorch, JAX)
  • Ph.D. in ML, CS, Mathematics, HPC, or related quantitative field
  • If no Ph.D.: Masters with relevant experience + ability to supervise complex scientific AI agents
