• Should have good knowledge of RCC buildings (high rises) and finishing with minimum 3 years experience
• Should be able to execute works from start to finish.
• Should have good knowledge of bar bending schedules/Shuttering.
• Should plan the activities in advance.
• Should make Efficient use management ofresources.
• Should deal with contracts/subcontractors/consultants
• should be able to report the progress status to seniors as when required.
