Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential rural business banking clients
- Understand the financial needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions and services
- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their business and provide personalized financial advice
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to clients to increase revenue and deepen relationships
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio of clients to ensure timely repayments and minimize risk
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to provide seamless service to clients
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate
