IDFC FIRST Bank is a leading financial institution that is committed to providing innovative and customer-centric banking solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our Retail Banking team in Ludhiana, Punjab.

As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing the NRI (Non-Resident Indian) customer base of the bank. You will be the primary point of contact for NRI customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for NRI customers and provide them with personalized banking solutions
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI customers and recommend suitable products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers to ensure their long-term loyalty and satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NRI segment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to NRI customers
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in the NRI segment to provide relevant and timely advice to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's NRI business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on NRI customers
  • Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of local market and cultural nuances of the NRI segment in Ludhiana, Punjab
  • Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
