Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Understand clients' financial needs and provide them with customized solutions to meet their goals
- Cross-sell and up-sell a range of retail banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, investments, and insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide a seamless and superior customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
