As the Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new household customers for the bank. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and relationship management in the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the retail banking sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and policies.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
