The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing Key Accounts for half of the West Region.

This position reports to the Head- Sales Development and is part of the Sales Team located in Ahmedabad and will be fully remote.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Drive the growth and expansion of sales order, revenue and profit margins by driving regional plans and high levels of effective team customer activity; and therefore, increasing market share, competitive differentiation, and profitable growth for assigned territory.
• Understand and analyse market and competitive dynamics; develop commercial strategies for assigned region.
• Collaborate with Marketing and SDM Team to ensure the successful launch of New products.
• Build and manage professional relationships with customers, KOLs and cross-functional teams to ensure deep understanding of their needs to drive commercial opportunities.
• This role is based out of Ahmedabad.
