Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers to drive business growth in line with assigned quotas.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- GTM Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Customer Account Planning: Create and execute detailed account and opportunity plans to align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaboration and Engagement: Work effectively with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, distributors Solutions Sales Teams, and Executives, to ensure seamless account management and execution.
- CRM Utilization: Use the CRM system to manage the leads, sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Channel Management: Build relationships and collaborate with large system integrators and partners to ensure participation in RFP’s and large bid’s.
- Enterprise Sales Execution: Engage with Principal Secretary/Secretary/ED /CGM and C-level executives and decision-makers to close complex, high-value deals.
- Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry; experience with data security solutions is highly preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Prior experience 10years+ working with PSU , PSU Banks ,utilities , state governments in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa will be preferred.
- Channel & Partner Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with System integrators, Large channel partners and distributors.
- Enterprise Account Management: Experience managing PSU , PSU Banks, utilities , state governments in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa will be preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Consistent achievement of sales quotas and targets.
- Sales Skills: Strong analytical, forecasting, and deal management skills.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to engage and partner effectively with internal sales resources, including Sales Engineers and Specialists.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data security trends and solutions.
- Ability to work across various vertical markets and adapt strategies to different industries.
- Skilled in engaging with high-level stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Self-motivated with a passion for building customer relationships and driving results.
