Job Description

We are working on expanding our business in the India Market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead our sales efforts across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of SkillSpot's services to recruitment companies, large corporations, and SME customers throughout the four regions of India: North, East, West, and South.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand SkillSpot's market presence across India

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the recruitment and HR sectors

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

• Create and lead a high-performing sales team for each region

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

• Travel extensively across India to meet clients and attend industry events

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3-4 years of experience in selling HR-related products

• OR Bachelor's degree with 7-8 years of relevant experience in the HR technology sector

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HR or recruitment technology space

• Strong understanding of the Indian market and regional business practices

• Excellent networking skills within the HR community

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools

Preferred Skills And Experience

• In-depth knowledge of HRMS and recruitment systems available in the Indian market

• Experience in building and managing sales teams

• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their applications in HR

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Fluency in English and relevant regional languages
