We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and expand our key accounts in the North Indiad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to maximize sales and profitability.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and expand our key accounts in the North Indiad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Regularly meet with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Northern part of India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute account plans to increase sales volume and market share.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to support the development of new products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts to ensure mutual benefit.
- Close sales deals and achieve targets set by the management.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to key accounts.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG industry or in the same field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and sales reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowing Hindi and other North Indian Languages would be a added advantage
