Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Associate - Brand Marketing to join our team and assist in managing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product promotions. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a passion for branding, creativity, and driving business growth in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute strategic initiatives aligned with Vilvah’s vision.
- Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.
Content Development:
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop brand-aligned content for various channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all materials.
Product Promotion:
- Support the launch of new products, including creating launch plans, organizing events, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Track the performance of promotional activities and provide insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Provide branding support for partner collaborations and retail initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance metrics and campaign results.
- Offer insights and recommendations for future branding efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with graphic design tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
