As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the hiring strategy and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, team handling key skills
You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and developing a strong talent pipeline. Your expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and data-driven hiring decisions will help us build high-performing teams that align with our company’s goals.

- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Oversee the daily activities of the recruitment team, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates
