You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and developing a strong talent pipeline. - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Oversee the daily activities of the recruitment team, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates
