Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates
• Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking systems
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on job boards
• Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
