Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using technologies like Java JS GitHub Copilot Kubernetes Docker and Spring Boot with strong Troubleshooting skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of microservices and REST web services ensuring seamless integration and performance. Your expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL will be crucial in delivering robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Kubernetes.
• Oversee the integration of REST web services to ensure seamless communication between different systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for code quality and performance optimization using GitHub Copilot.
• Ensure the security and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and systems.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives aligning with the company's vision and goals.
• Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and on-site team dynamics.
  
  

Skillset

• Demonstrate expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL for developing robust backend solutions.
• Possess strong experience with Spring Core and Spring Boot for building enterprise-level applications.
• Have a deep understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Show proficiency in using GitHub Copilot for code generation and collaboration.
• Exhibit knowledge of REST web services for creating and consuming APIs.
• Display experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Understand the principles of hybrid work models and adapt to flexible working environments.
