Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Job Posting: Assist in creating, editing, and publishing job advertisements across various platforms.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Recruitment Support: Work closely with recruiters to organize hiring activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Documentation: Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and orientation logistics.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning recruitment events, such as career fairs and campus drives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about recruitment practices and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed or pursuing).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
