Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Job Posting: Assist in creating, editing, and publishing job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Recruitment Support: Work closely with recruiters to organize hiring activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Documentation: Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and orientation logistics.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning recruitment events, such as career fairs and campus drives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about recruitment practices and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed or pursuing).
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
