Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are interested in gaining experience in recruitment processes and supporting the hiring team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
• Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting: Post job openings on various job portals and maintain updated job listings.
• Candidate Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and the recruitment team, providing updates on the hiring process.
• Database Maintenance: Keep the applicant tracking system up-to-date with candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities for new hires as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
