Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Application Screening: Review applications and resumes, helping to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Communication: Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and address any queries they may have.
• Documentation: Support the recruitment team with document preparation and maintaining records of recruitment activities.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics and candidate progress.

Qualifications:
