Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top talent.

Screening and Selection: Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Enhance The Golden Rise's reputation as an employer of choice by effectively communicating our values and opportunities to potential candidates.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions to improve sourcing strategies and candidate outreach.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal regulations and company policies.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.
