Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is available across multiple locations: Rajkot, Bhopal, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling student enquiries, as well as utilizing MS Office applications effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Handling student enquiries with a courteous and informative approach is essential. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in MS Office for managing essential documentation and correspondence. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent call handling abilities to direct and manage incoming communications proficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to maintain and manage customer-related data effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills aimed at providing a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and students.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, including welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming queries and communications, providing quick and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication flow.
  • Assist in managing schedules and appointments for the staff and visitors.
  • Maintain records of calls, communications, and visitor logs for organizational purposes.
  • Respond promptly to student enquiries regarding educational programs and services.
  • Utilize MS Office and CRM tools to maintain client information and generate necessary reports.
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area, contributing to the positive image of the company.
