Key Responsibilities

  • Follow-up & scheduling: Conduct timely follow-ups and efficiently coordinate site visits to support clients in their decision-making process.
  • Project communication: Provide clients with accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information about current real estate projects.
  • Client service excellence: Ensure a high standard of service throughout the sales process, aiming for strong conversion rates and successful closures.
  • Market intelligence: Stay informed about new project launches, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • CRM management: Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions and progress across the sales pipeline.
  • End-to-end support: Guide clients throughout the entire property acquisition process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and informed experience.
  • Sales achievement: Strive to meet individual and team sales targets while contributing to the company’s overall business growth.
