Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ReactJS + NodeJS Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality code. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, on-site, or in a hybrid mode.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.

Design and implement server-side logic using NodeJS and Express.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with deployment and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Heroku).
• Understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
