Commissions Analyst - Remote

Role Overview

This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About The Role

• You will be responsible for understanding and improving an Excel model that calculates commissions for the entire Sales organization, factoring in various pay scenarios, Forex, and HR/Payroll data.
• Accuracy is crucial, as this model determines actual commission payments.
• You will collaborate with HR and Payroll teams globally and must become familiar with the tools and data used in commission cycles, providing payroll files on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Additionally, you will analyze and audit payroll files and reports to identify discrepancies and ensure corrections.
• You will also work closely with Accounting, Auditors, and the broader finance team to support reporting and analysis as needed.
  
  

About You

• We are looking for a candidate with 4-5years relevant experience as a Commissions and Reporting Analyst.
• You should have advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Access, and demonstrate strong communication and networking abilities.
• A passion for data analysis and a drive to enhance operational efficiency are essential.
• You should be adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable adjusting to project changes.
• An interest in finance, with a desire to look beyond the numbers and understand the broader business context, is highly valued.
