We are looking for a Front-End React Software Engineer to work with us to execute our vision and help us create an even stronger industry leading organization. Your role will include:

• working as part of a team to design, build and improve applications in partnership with our business
• reviewing and discussing functional and non-functional requirements with our business partners to develop new features as well as building automated testing and deployment plans
• ensuring we include observability and monitoring when building our applications to help resolve incidents and make sure we can keep connected with our clients
  
  

Through the engineering guilds you’ll become engaged in sharing and discussing knowledge with your peers and with staff networks you’ll get involved in a wide range of volunteering and cultural topics. Once you’ve met your team and joined our certified engineer's development program, you’ll also be able to become engaged in sharing and discussing knowledge with your peers through our engineering guilds and take part in a wide range of volunteering and cultural events and topics through our internal networks.

Your team
You’ll work as part of the Managing Clients - Channels and Content agile crew.

We design and create external touch points for our clients as well as managing applications to support the flow of client information, price data and the client lifecycle and lead generation. Our goal is to leverage technology and digital intelligence to enrich our client relationships. We are the interface our clients see.

You’ll be joining us in Asset Management Technology, a wider, truly diverse of around 1,200 people from all over the world.

Your expertise

• 5+ Years of Experience in Financial Industry
• at least 3 years of experience in frontend development using frameworks ideally React JS, Bootstrap, Node JS and NPM
• extensive experience in CSS3, HTML5, webpack and of front-end technologies like Redux, JavaScript, typescript and Responsive Web Design
• experience of building responsive interfaces and development of web applications
• experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• proven ability to produce secure, stable, and good performing code and write optimized, clean code
• experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins
• experience in RESTful API
