Duties/Responsibilities:(In details)

  • To Check PCBA as per standard IPC A 610 latest revision.
  • Interacted with control technicians and production control workers.
  • Responsible for achieving Quality product requirements.
  • Communicated operational issues and changes to supervisor on regular basis.
  • Followed company procedures to maintain work environment in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Provide the Training to apprentice Employees & verification of training effectiveness.
  • Implement Problem-solving tools on the Shop floor (7 QC Tools).
  • Preparing Weekly\Monthly Quality performance Reports to Top Management.
  • Reviewing the Non-conformity with the CFT team to take immediate Corrective Measures.
  • Read Work instruction to prepare for machine setup.
  • Operate AOI (MIRTEC) machine for 1st piece runs.
  • Maintain documents as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 & IATF 16949.
  • To verify set process parameters of solder paste printing, speed and pressure of component pick and place, setting up of reflow oven profile by understanding critical characteristics of product.
  • Daily review of AOI/X-ray/other inspection results.
  • Provide training to new employees and verification of training effectiveness, maintain consolidated FQA report and ensure daily MES Entry. Support all training programs by development and implementation of specialized training sessions for all applicable functions.
  • Internal rejection analysis and CAPA. Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier and internally. Prepare weekly / monthly report and data analysis for improvement actions.
  • RMA analysis, FQA and drive CAPA.
  • Product & Process audits.
  • New process validation.
  • Involvement in customer complaint analysis and CAPA.
  • SPC study and analysis. Support and focus corrective action efforts and utilizing the SPC data and corrective action tracking package and create and implement any meetings, procedures, or team-building concepts as necessary as part of the corrective/preventative effort.
  • MSA Attribute study and record its report.
  • ESD/MSD compliance management. Ensure MSD/ MSL compliance of the material used in production/ process.
  • Quality alerts.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma or B.E (E&C, EEE)
  • Specializations : EMS Process Quality
  • Required Experience : 2 to 4 Year
