Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Field Executive for our Captive Power Plant located in Vadodara. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will manage daily operations and maintenance tasks and contribute to seamless power plant functionality

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in power plant operations is mandatory for ensuring effective functionality and management of plant systems.
• Skilled in boiler operation (Mandatory skill) for efficient steam and power generation processes.
• Experience with distributed control system (DCS) operations to ensure smooth, real-time plant functions.
• Understanding of safety compliance to follow and enforce established safety protocols rigorously.
• Capable of conducting regular shift reporting to facilitate seamless communication and operational continuity.
• Competence in troubleshooting to quickly diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of plant operations.
• Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and other stakeholders in the plant.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations, ensuring optimal functioning of the captive power plant.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and systems, adhering to operational protocols.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize DCS for real-time monitoring of plant processes and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Prepare and present detailed shift reports to track operational performance and provide insights for improvements.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot plant issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow management within the plant.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in power plant operations.
