Quality Control Chemist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Chemist with a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, be proficient in laboratory procedures, and have experience handling NABL documentation and compliance. The role requires an individual who is meticulous, organized, and capable of managing laboratory functions independently.

• Conduct routine and non-routine chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and precision in test results.
• Ensure strict adherence to NABL guidelines and maintain related documents as per the quality management system.
• Prepare and review standard operating procedures (SOPs), test methods, and reports.
• Maintain all quality records, data logs, and documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in analytical methods and instruments.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and participating in audit activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the laboratory in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication of test results to relevant departments.

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or equivalent discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory (preferably in a NABL-accredited lab).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Solid understanding of analytical techniques such as Titration, UV-Vis, FTIR, GC, and HPLC.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
