- Training Program Development :
- Collaborate with quality control experts to design comprehensive training modules.
- Create engaging content related to quality control processes, analytical techniques, and compliance.
- Training Delivery :
- Conduct training sessions for quality control technicians and analysts.
- Cover topics such as sampling, testing, documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Unit Operations Expertise :
- In-depth understanding of Microbial Methods of analysis.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Quality Assurance Integration :
- Emphasize the link between quality control and overall product quality.
- Train employees on error prevention, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and quality enhancement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adapt as needed.
- Proven experience as a Microbiology trainer or subject matter expert.
- Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, WHO).
- Relevant technical degree or certification (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor).
