- Good time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to critique work of self and others constructively
- Strong knowledge of software QA & Automation methodologies, tools and processes
- Ability to run manual and automated tests
- Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving issues
- Experience in designing, building, and executing automation tests, using frameworks and tools like Robot Framework, Cypress, PyTest, Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, Cucumber, Jasmine, Mocha, Junit, TestNG for frontend and backend automation.
- Experience using test case management tools like Testlink, TestRail, XRay, or TCM
- Experience writing code in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, Javascript, Ruby, PHP, and AngularJS
- Experience creating and reviewing API / White Box Tests
- Familiarity with bug tracking software (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban) models
- Comfortable working with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
- Exposure to CI tools like Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Gulp
