Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Post job listings on platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires/interns.
• Employee Management
• Maintain and update employee records and attendance.
• Assist in performance reviews and probation tracking.
• Handle queries related to HR policies, leaves, or payroll support.
• Engagement & Culture
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and exit interviews.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Administration & Compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Help in policy documentation, HR letters, offer letters, and contracts.
• Assist in HR audits, reporting, and compliance.
