Job Summary: The SAP FICO Consultant with S/4 HANA and Chartered Accountant certification will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within the S/4 HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and experience in SAP FICO configuration, integration, and support. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in SAP FICO module implementation projects within the S/4 HANA environment. Configure SAP ERP systems, focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Customize and optimize SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements. Financial Processes and Reporting: Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP FICO and S/4 HANA tools. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies. Integration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues. Train end-users and provide documentation for SAP FICO processes and functionalities. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful SAP FICO implementations and upgrades. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support. Qualifications: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules. Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations and migrations. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO module configuration and customization. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including new features and functionalities. Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems. Familiarity with SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud) is an advantage.,
