Job Description: As the Assistant Manager - Corporate Development at Buddy Deals, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities that align with our long-term goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential opportunities and align them with business objectives. Prepare detailed business cases, presentations, and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors, including legal, financial, and technical experts. Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and risks. Support post-merger integration efforts to ensure seamless transitions and value realization. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. 3+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Experience with M&A processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
