Job Title: Purchase Executive

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess strong negotiation skills. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, goods, and services based on company needs and budget constraints
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and priorities
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform purchasing decisions
• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with purchasing software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
